Topic: Teach the teachers

Description: Your education system is only as good as its teachers. Instead of the eye wash of opening more schools, stress must be laid on training the teachers to whom the future generation is handed over.

And how do they TAKE to this generation? Watch some are investing in themselves to invest in the future.
How can we gear our system to produce good teachers? Do you think good students are produced by good teachers or in spite of them?
